Heather was in constant contact with us, and I always felt able to text or call her about questions and concerns. Although we had our ups and downs with the timing of our refinance, Stockton as a whole made it much more bearable, and compared to other banks, I feel like we were welcomed with open arms instead of being turned away.

I kept getting the questions from the underwriting department that they asked weeks earlier and I answered weeks earlier. This created more work for me and delayed the closing date.
