Heather was the most professional, friendly, and responsive lender to work with. She put this first time homeowner at ease with all of my many questions. I would recommend her to all and any and would absolutely work with her in the future.
Heather is absolutely a joy to work with. She was informative, responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have never had this type of experience with a lender before, and while I hope it is a while before I need another home loan, I will never hesitate to work with her again and I will be recommending her to everyone I know. Ashley Grubbs was also fantastic. I know she put in many hours to make sure this process went smoothly and I appreciate her very much as well!
