this Loan Officer was reckless, slow to respond, did not tell the truth and did not have my family’s best interest in mind. i this is the worst Lender I’ve ever worked with.
The documents that were required should have been communicated in the beginning. Instead we got last minute requests and we were out of town and didn’t have access to send documents and we received requests for documents that were already provided. Also, the deadlines were unrealistic. Heather Price was rude at times. Also, the communication about the POS and the closing documents was not communicated the paperwork would need to be re done. The lender did not maximize the builder incentives by omitting the use of the full amount. Also they sent the disclosures last minute and I didn’t have the time to decide what to do with the remain builder credits. Definitely a miss-communication between all parties. Not a good experience.
We will be emailing Cornerstone on our experience as we feel that’s what it will take to tell our story.
