It was really a very good experience with Heather. Right after I signed the contract with the builder, she called me and explained everything about the mortgage process since it’s my first house. She is very knowledgeable and kept me updated with the rate. She gave me unbeatable rate compared to other lenders around. I highly recommend her. Our loan officer was always reassuring us we would be in our new home and now we feel like we are in a dream, a very good dream. We are very grateful for all of her hard work as she never gave up on us. Other lenders couldn’t help, however our loan officer made it happen! We are so delighted and excited to own our new home. Heather Smith, was not what we expected, she did not returned our emails as quick as we will like, communication was a deal breaker, because she delayed on answering our questions.
this Loan Officer was reckless, slow to respond, did not tell the truth and did not have my family’s best interest in mind. i this is the worst Lender I’ve ever worked with.
The documents that were required should have been communicated in the beginning. Instead we got last minute requests and we were out of town and didn’t have access to send documents and we received requests for documents that were already provided. Also, the deadlines were unrealistic. Heather Price was rude at times. Also, the communication about the POS and the closing documents was not communicated the paperwork would need to be re done. The lender did not maximize the builder incentives by omitting the use of the full amount. Also they sent the disclosures last minute and I didn’t have the time to decide what to do with the remain builder credits. Definitely a miss-communication between all parties. Not a good experience.
