I have used HEB Plumbing several times over the last few years and Kathlyn and her team never disappoint. Kathlyn always cheerily answers the phone and genuinely wants to help. She and her team came to my aid within 10 minutes after I called this morning as I explained that I was supposed to be going out of town. My problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed and now I have peace of mind! I can't say enough about HEB Plumbing.
I had a sprinkler system leak that had flooded my front yard and sidewalk. I spoke with Kathy on a Saturday morning and she had Stephen and Jake here in 2 hours. Very professional, nice and very fair pricing! I will definitely refer this company to friends and will call Kathy for any future plumbing and sprinkler services. So happy that I found you! I highly recommend HEB plumbing! I recently called about our shower. Over the last year, several little issues with our shower developed. Kathryn was very patient as I explained each one the best I could and she knew exactly what I was trying to say. Nick came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced the shower valve, spout, drain plug and shower head and did an amazing job! We are so happy with our new shower and so thankful we found HEB Plumbing.
I have found my plumbing company! Mrs. Smith took my call and set up a time and date for her team to come. Chris and Eric located the water leak in the hall bathroom and happily it was a sanding block that was stuck in the wax ring of the toilet. While Chris removed the block and replaced the wax ring, Eric replaced the wax ring on the master bedroom toilet and tightened up a couple of loose bolts that made the toilet tank wobble. Excellent service!! Service men arrived within 1 hour of my call. They were so professional and reassuring that my clogged sink would be unclogged. And it sure was!! They cleaned up better than I clean and were so considerant!!! Give them a big raise!!! I loved the compact mirror and screwdriver pen!! I'll recommend you to all I know that have a plumbing need!!!
