This complex just wants more money for an old building and doesn’t want to update anything. For one, the sidewalks by the entrances are filthy and smell like dog pee, and they’ve never power washed or cleaned in over a year and a half living here. Also, it costs extra money per month to get into the garage. Maintenance left a mess after fixing my washing machine, and didn’t even plug it back in. I tried calling the office and no one answered. I tried calling emergency maintenance and the mailbox is full. I went down to the lobby and it was unlocked and empty. I looked, and the leasing agent left her computer unlocked. Stuff like this happens to everyone who lives here, every day, regardless of what the review bots hired by greystar say. I AM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH MY PERSONAL DATA BEING HERE FOR THE TAKING. DO BETTER.

Wanted to give a shout out to the staff working to make this place a home for many of us. I see Olga the unstoppable cleaning machine working hard to keep the common areas looking good despite some of our sloppy residents and she's always friendly to the residents and their pets in the hallways. Brad has been a great manager to talk to about any challenges that pop up and he's a lot more present around the building than a lot of our past managers. Edit 20240504 Submitted a request to replace a lightbulb three weeks ago. Got a voicemail with a clarifying question about a week ago which I responded to immediately. Still waiting. I would’ve replaced the lightbulb, but it’s a specialty lightbulb in a difficult to open enclosure in the ceiling fan. According to other tenants, they have more or less paused all maintenance because of their “preventative maintenance”. Well... booked a tour despite negatives reviews. I should have listened. I drove all the way there with an appointment and the office was closed and locked. Apparently they cant bother to show up for pre-booked appointments. In addition, there was ice all over the parking lot spaces, including the handicap spaces. It hasn't snowed here in a while, so it has been sitting there. Based on my limited experience, I'd say it's probably not worth it.
