Biggest mistake I've ever made. To start tons of these reviews are by people who only toured the property, companies that are paid to be here anyway, or tenants participating in the the 500$ gift card you are eligible to win for leaving a good review. The parking here is terrible, outside parking is literally not possible past 7pm due to no one paying for the garage, if you have a car that cant fit inside you're screwed. I’m in my 2nd year at Heights and have experienced 3 management companies. The Kairoi team has made quick and impactful improvements since taking over. The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they host a wide range of cool resident events on-site. Additionally, Heights offers apartments (and a pool) with mountain views, a beautifully maintained property, and a peaceful community surrounded by walking paths. It’s a wonderful place to call home.
As retired homeowners, apartment living is a new experience for my wife and me. We selected Heights at Interlocken because it checked all the items on our must have list - elevators, garage parking and roof-top lounge. However, the biggest selling point was the views. This place is awesome! Me and my wife have lived here about a year and a half and we love it. The amenities are great. The gym area is nice, the clubhouse and office work spaces are always well kept and really useful. They throw 2-3 fun events every month for the residents as well. And especially with the new management everything has been running smoother. They communicate well and are always ready to answer any questions we have. My husband and i have lived here for about a year and a half and we have enjoyed every second! We moved here from across the country - never saw the apartment, signed a lease and committed to this community and we have never looked back! We love how quick we are able to communicate with staff and we are really enjoying the new Kairoi management! The amenities are always clean and the coffee bar has been restocked better and better! Heights cares for its residents as best as it can - and we are super grateful!
