Dean and the other gentlemen that work there are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, friendly, funny and have excellent taste. They are the only business I trust with my jewelry from a watch to heirloom pieces.
I took a gold medal and delicate chain to be repaired. They took time to explain what they could do. They later called me to let me know the condition of the chain and how they could fix it. I expected to get the medal and chain in a week but it took one day! They did an outstanding job. I will always be going back. Very highly recommended.
This was my first visit to Hendrickson's. They were friendly,professional and did the repairs on my ring quickly and at a reasonable price.
I love everything about Hendrickson‘s. I am a second generation customer and remember going there when I was in elementary school with my mom. They have created beautiful custom pieces for me over the years, taken care of all of my watch sizing or battery replacement and repaired a few family heirloom pieces. They’re the only people that I would trust with my jewelry needs.
I can not say enough about my service, my item that I took in was finished before the date that I was told it would be finished. Very happy helpful people at Hendrickson’s. Dean did a fabulous job designing my ring! I gave him a few pictures of things that I “kinda liked” and he put together a ring that was perfect. Prices were great and their customer service is 5 stars. Kudos Dean and Sarah!
