Went to Dr Patel at Heritage Dental Care in Pflugerville and am amazed at how professional I was treated by his staff. I was greeted upon entering the office and immediately seen. Kenya did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and and Dr Patal was able to diagnose my problem immediately. His assistant Anna was right there to help me when needed. Rosie the Account Manager was able to work with my insurance carrier to make this process so much easier. Loved my time with Dr Patel and Staff.
My first visit was a good experience! I never had that kind of service at any other dentist office before. Also Rosey, who handles the insurance part of it all & ect...she talked me through everything & helped me understand better. I prefer yall ask for Rosey! :)
