Pleasantly surprised! First time customer of H Greg Lux so didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised during the entire process. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and courteous. Sari was exceptional; professional and very responsive. There were a few cosmetic items with the car and he promptly took care of them. The manager, Farris, was also very helpful. Purchased a 2017 GTR with Leo Leo was fair and professional. The overall buying experience was a pleasant one. The after purchase was a but delayed due to waiting for a promised reimbursement from their accounting department. But, at the end of the process I recieved a check, albeit delayed, I did received the reimbursement. I would recommend you speak with Leo.
