Mercedes c Class AMG Pack They did not call me at all. I have checked the Carfax of the car, not great! I would like to see more options. They insisted on selling a non AMG pack C Class although i mentioned i only care for an AMG pack, dont care even if it would be almost free
False promises, poorly serviced cars Nothing but false promises after a purchase. I was promised items would be repaired after the purchase and it has been nothing but a dead end and a salesman that ignores you. Look elsewhere, this place just sales expensive cars with a terrible customer service model. I was sold a car with bald tires (only the rears where replaced after the purchase as an agreement before purchase) faded brakes, bad alignment, low fluids all around, old engine oil, and blow fuses that didn't let the interi... read more

Bad Follow Up I have been trying for a week to get someone to call me back about purchasing a Mercedes E550 convertible. No one has responded. Rick said he would get back to me and then he turned it over to Richard. He called back and left a message. I returned the call twice and he said he would get back to me in 5 minutes, that was 6 hours ago and nothing.
Don’t buy a car from this dealership!! B Hgreg is dishonest and incompetent. They will quote you one price on the internet. But when you get to the dealership they try to add on over a thousand dollars in additional fees, including hidden dealer profit. They run a classic bait and switch operation. That’s consumer fraud. Then they told me repeatedly that my car was available for sale. Again, when i got to the dealership, they told me that the car was in Orlando and was unavailabe for sale. Abosolute joke in every sense!!!! Stay away! But I bike or utilize Uber before considering purschasibg from these con-artist they get paid to set appointments and want you to show wheater they can help you or not. I have never been treated so poorly in my life, I work in customer service and could never treat someone as they treated me.
