Before signing the papers I saw that there was almost $3,000.00 added to the price and these where all additional fees. I wanted clarification about these fees and the manager came over and I told him that these fees where too much and that we needed to talk about it. He instantly told me that I would not get there car. No explanation and no discussion possible! Mind you that these fees don’t have any purpose other than spicing up the bill for HGreg. 3 months ago I found a car I liked and I liked the price, only issue was a minor touchpad issue. Anthony was great, doesn’t know a lot about Mercedes, but he definitely goes the extra mile. Hgreg said they’d fix it their service center within my 3 day return period and didn’t so I returned the car. For weeks they didn’t process it, holding my deposit. I’ve called about 8 times in the last 2 weeks for an out-of-state sales rep, and got no answer or a call back. I’m very interested in one of your vehicles, but I’m being left with no option of buying because no one is picking up nor returning my calls.
Complete waste of time. All I wanted to do was find out if there was any chance of me being approved for a car, & was lead to test drive a car & fill out all paperwork as if I had already been approved. After being assured multiple times that I would be approved & WILL be leaving there with the car without a doubt so stop worrying, the financial manager came out & said that I wasn’t approved. No one ever called back. I called 4 times for a out of state sales person. The receptionist even connected me once… no one picked up. Left message twice. Interested in the Black Covetable Corvette. Oh well!
