Found a car on their website. Called to confirm the details as listed and they were confirmed by two separate employees. I drove four hours to the dealership to learn that the car was not as described. Instead of being apologetic, I was told by the sales manager that “maybe next time I should call ahead.” But I did call ahead, and the information was still wrong. I went last night at 6pm, test drove a car, completed my credit app to only be left sitting there until after 9:30 when I left on my own. Did not hear a word back from my salesman or nothing! Still this morning, not a word. This is so unprofessional and I am so upset my credit has be pulled so many times with no car. This is just ridiculous. I will never return here again or refer anyone here. I hope they work on the way they treat their customers.

Horrible experience- shady - car we test drive smelled like mildew. Be careful- always ask for service report on vehicle. They all have service reports. If they won’t share it- they found something wrong with the car and do not want you to know about it.
I was at this car dealership this afternoon for a 2017 ford expedition with 19,518 miles as advertised nice and clean like pictures showing. upon my arrival the salesman told me the vehicle with the G.M he use it for his personal use,after 10 minutes he bring me the vehicle all dirty with 20,500 plus miles, I thought this is insane unprofessional and ofcourse a false information. Normally I’m not the one to bash. But this is my current situation. I was having a front axle issue and sent my jeep to Schumacher Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Delray to have it repaired. They “did” a multi point inspection. repaired the front axle and changed my transfer case. Said it still needed more repair. Now they said the transmission and rear-end needed to be fixed. Buyer beware of what the sales rep tells you, and constantly double check the numbers. I went in to look at a particular Jeep. When I get there that Jeep is in the process of being sold, no worries, can't be mad at them for selling a car. My sales rep, Mimo, finds another Jeep on the lot to show me, not on the Website. From there I am told close to a dozen times that despite what the sticker says, the Jeep is cheaper than the one I came to look at, it is $23,500.
