The staff and venue are absolutely wonderful. I always received prompt responses to emails and voicemails. The staff walks you through every step of wedding planning, if needed, to make your day go as smoothly as possible. We couldn't have asked for a better place to had celebrate our big day.

It was a rainy day, but the ceremony and reception were gorgeous. Revived mixed information about times to set up decorations and use of flames, but overall a good venue.

I was planning my wedding from out of state, and the staff at Northeast Wedding Chapel in Hurst Texas were extremely helpful! Anytime I emailed a question, I received a response almost immediately-and they were always extremely prompt in returning phone messages too! I stopped by the wedding venue several times to look at the facility during the planning process, and I always felt welcome to stop in, which was nice. My only complaint would be that I struggled sometimes to figure out how much I should ask of my Coordinator-I ... read more
Nicole was great. Being limited to certain times without additional fees was a little frustrating. Could be a little more responsive, receptionist very rarely had an answer and callbacks take a bit. Beautiful venue, great location for family all around the DFW metroplex to meet.

We had a great experience at the Northeast Wedding Chapel. Every phone call I made was returned and the staff there were very responsive in assisting to ensure that we had a wonderful wedding experience. The chapel is absolutely beautiful and we are glad that we made the choice to have our wedding here. Our only complaint would be that it was a little more costly than some other places especially for the short time frame we had, but it was awesome that we were able to choose our own vendors.
