Melanie was the absolute best. We had our wedding and reception during the Covid 19 pandemic at Hidden Pines Chapel Hurst and let me tell you - Melanie comforted us EVERY time we talked with her. She works so hard to make everything flow with ease; she was in contact with us from the very beginning until the end; she asked the questions that we would have never known to ask! Great venue and staff! They did a fantastic job of organizing all the chaos into calm which was really needed on my daughters' wedding day. They have a great system to communicate with the bride and brides family to organize everything that you need. The Wedding Day - the venue coordinator was so calm and knew what to do in every situation (we were just not morning people for a morning wedding so we were a little slower to get things going). A venue with a fair price, in the Fort Worth area, that truly wants your day to be memorable. I could have asked for a better venue. Melanie was the best coordinator- truly a life saver. Made every moment fun and stress free. Even stepped in to cut cake when the person I designated went MIA. Very thankful and happy I picked Hidden Pines Chapel- Hurst!!

This is a great venue. Hidden Pines Hurst was recently remodeled and this location is absolutely lovely. The entrance into the foyer is very inviting. Melanie was our wedding coordinator. We met with her a month prior to our wedding date to finalize our big day. She confirmed our menu selections with their inhouse catering company and our number of guests. We chose Hidden Pines Chapel- Hurst because of the intimacy of the venue for our small of wedding of 50 guests. The venue accommodates over 200 people but it was also perfect for our small group. The place is beautiful! Our personal day of coordinator was Melanie.
