Working with the staff at Hidden Pines through our whole wedding process was excellent! I was super nervous about how communication was going to be, as I wanted everything to be perfect, but Nicole, Reem, Andrea everyone who helped was so nice and attentive, from day one to the day of our wedding. Wedding review Hidden Pines I reached out to venue before posting review in hopes they would at least acknowledge or apologize for issues but my several letters have gone unanswered. I see they only respond to positive feedback. I hope my review helps others searching for a venue. First off this is a beautiful venue. They offer different packages. Do not have your wedding here. There was so many things that was paid for was not done. Sheila the main lady we dealt with was bad. Every thing we ask for she said no. Very rude. Then she and one of staff accused one of guest of doing something he did not do. Called the police. Then the two woman had a big argument in lobby saying one said it and the other said they did not . Overall my experience was pretty good, but it could have been better. I really wanted to be able to give them an excellent review. Unfortunately, I cannot and I will explain why in a minute. The good thing was the venue, itself was beautiful. The coordinator and DJ was great. The downside, was the inconvenient times for the wedding rehearsal, we couldn’t enter the venue until 1pm for a wedding that was set to start at 6pm.
