How do you run out of pizza when it's the only item on the menu? By the time I got to the register there was zero pizza left and none in the oven. All the parmesan shakers were empty, and there was trash all over the counters. I don't know anyone could run a business like that.
While they aren't so "hidden" anymore, it is surprising how few people actually know about this little gem. This might sound odd, with all the other good dining options in the casino, but this is my favorite place to grab something to eat when I chance to be anywhere in The Row. After seeing comedian Josh Blue at the Laugh Factory, we decided to have a quick bite to eat before going home. I was sad to see that there weren't any pizza by the slice readily available and a slice of pepperoni would be a ten minute wait. If you wanted a custom pizza, it would be an hour and a half wait. Hidden Pizza is awesome and Cullen is the man! I think I have had every slice they have out and never had a bad one.
Arturo Eddie and Colin are saving lives. If you can figure out how to throw a triangle shaped life saver that tastes this good...more power to you. In the meantime these people are slinging second chances with toppings!
Pizza isn't as good as the first time I've had it. Maybe because I asked them not to reheat it or maybe because I didn't eat it fresh. Slices were in the $4-$5 zone. Open late night.
Having tried this place a couple of times,after a late night hunger attack,I have got to say that Hidden pizza just flat-out misses on my radar because the crust is thin,soggy,tasteless,and NOT worth 4 plus dollars.If the crust was better,by that I mean,I probably would give it more stars. My suggestion would be to re-vamp the current crust and switching to a firm crust,keeping the thin crust.
Love this place! The service and pizza are amazing! Arturo and Cullen are awesome! If you're in town you gotta get pizza here!!
