My experience has not been good. The lack of care and concern is the worst I have ever experienced. They are more interested in getting you in and out and move on to the next one. I had a steroid injection in my back after two weeks it had no effect. I called to tell them I was still in a lot of pain and that the shot didn’t work. They told me to wait another week that sometimes it takes the steroid a little longer to work. At week 3 still no relief. I came to Dr. Kent having just moved to Bend Oregon with a history of chronic pain since 2009. I have had really wonderful doctors in areas where I’ve lived and so I know which doctors are right for me. I was very hopeful initially having met Dr. Kent. He was extremely nice at first, And we discussed my history of hip pain in detail. He thought it best to have an MRI done since I hadn’t had one yet. The appointment was not worth the cost or the time involved. It was just a little bit of discussion. There was no physical examination.
