I have been going to Highgrove for over a year. The staff, dentists are very warm, personable and professional. I would recommend this office to everyone I know.
Mary did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, Dr. John did his exam and gave me some tips regarding future appointments and the staff were thorough about updating my records. It is obvious that they care for their clients and I am happy to be their patient.
Staff at Highgrove is exceptional, can’t say enough about every individual I have had contact with at the this practice. From the front desk down to the dentist they always put your health and well being as a priority. The front desk helped me to get some major work done prior to the end of the year so I didn’t max out next year on benefit - kudos and thank you! I had a very positive experience at my first appointment yesterday. Everyone was helpful and courteous. I look forward to my next appointment with this wonderful team. Dentist John Grittner did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.And the work he did on me looks great. I felt well cared for with my dentist and his assistant. High Grove Dental took exceptional care of my daughter. She was having horrible pain and they got in her right away and started the process to relive her toothache. I will be forever grateful for how compassionate and caring Dr. Jadilyn was with my daughter. The whole staff that I interacted with at High Grove was amazing. They kept me posted on what was going on and made sure my kiddo was comfortable and well taken care of.
My first visit yesterday and I am very impressed with their friendly staff and Dr. John's thoughtful approach in dealing with someone like myself that has neglected my dental health for the past three years. I'm looking forward to my return visits to restore my teeth back to a much needed restoration!
