I visited this facility This facility really cares about its residents and goes above and beyond to keep them active and happy!!!

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The only thing I like about this facility is the Phyical Therapy Department. When I call and have to be transferred to the nurses station the phone rings so long it rings back to the front desk, This happens all the time, especially at night and on the weekends. My dad has to call me at home so I can call them and let them know that he needs assistance (RIDICULOUS). The patients call light could be on for hours before they are even checked on. I am a friend or relative of resident In the beginning all of these care facilities seem great until u have a loved one that needs to spend a lot of time at one and u begin to see just how scary and unkind these people can be. Why is it so hard to find quality care for the seniors and the disabled? They have new chefs and patients are not getting their dinner meals until 7:00 or 7:30pm. This is agitating to the patients. I am a friend or relative of resident You don't want anything to do with this facility. They are rude, don't speak much english and just horrifc caregivers.
