The area is... (Verified Renter) The area is safe and quiet and kid friendly. I see young and teenage kids in the common areas gathering. Only thing missing is a swimming pool ??.

I really wanted... (Verified Renter) I really wanted a place with an attached garage. But was having a hard time finding a place for less than $1700. Having that attached garage makes me feel safer, especially with having a child to get in and out of the car. I like how there are large trees surrounding the community to help it feel more secluded.

Rent has risen... (Verified Renter) Rent has risen substantially since my initial lease. Currently, the rate is close to what brand new facilities are charging, but the interiors have not been updated since 1999.

Current management has... (Verified Renter) Current management has handled interactions in a positive manner. The previous manager did not and left me feeling uncomfortable with living here. It takes time to get beyond the significantly negative experiences. Fortunately, the current management and maintenance team seems professional, friendly, and quite competent.
