This place just wasted an hour of my time this morning because whoever schedules the appointments for spaying doesn't ask the basic questions. Like how old the kitten is or how much it weighs. Apparently, this place doesn't spay before 5 months of age. Wouldn't it of been nice to be told that over the phone when I called?? Then your the crazy one for being upset. No apology. If your using the snip program just make sure you do their job for them. Ask the questions.
After having my furbaby surgey i made a post op appointnrnt like i was tols. Never ONCE was i told it would cost me more to be seen by her vet!!! Amanda is very rude on the phone, the prices for heartworm medication were extremely expensive!! The tech tried to tell me it was an addition $60 for the Dr just to come in the room to tell me all was good!!!
