every visit, different Vet, ok. Today had a 10:45 appointment that was double booked for to large dogs. Get there and tell me I'm late at 10:45 am. Reminder texted 10:45 am. only saw one dog and tuned away for 2nd dog in truck. 1 hr drive in 45 min vet and hour back home with 2 big dogs. What about my time, gas and energy. Thanks

This morning I was “fired” from the clinic as a customer for the sin of complaining about their substandard service. I was “accused” of being abusing to their desk personnel, specifically using expletives directed “at” an individual; which is a bald face lie. If the clinic “attempts” to defame me in public I will take legal action! DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. They have underserved their customers for months and have done “nothing” to remedy the situation.
