This morning I was “fired” from the clinic as a customer for the sin of complaining about their substandard service. I was “accused” of being abusing to their desk personnel, specifically using expletives directed “at” an individual; which is a bald face lie. If the clinic “attempts” to defame me in public I will take legal action! DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. They have underserved their customers for months and have done “nothing” to remedy the situation.
We’ve used Hillside for close to 10 years for four of our dogs. In the last year, they have been unable to accommodate my dogs on three occasions because of no available appointments. Today is the third time in the last year I’ve had to go to Pet ER for care for a non-emergency situation. I wish they had planned accordingly to take care of long-term customers, and controlled the growth a bit. On 13 September 2017 I brought in my 5 year old bearded dragon Rose for a check up since she was going into burmation and this was her first time doing so. I had the misfortune of having Dr. John Mastrobuono checking her out. After checking her out and telling me she could have had a number of different sickness and that she could have spread it to my other two dragons.
