This is a great hotel within walking distance to downtown and Branson Landing. We had a very comfortable room with a balcony to enjoy the nice view and weather. The Level 2 steakhouse was pricey but very much worth the it for a classy and delicious experience. The only downside is the bedding--basically a thick comforter between 2 sheets--I hate this!--but seems pretty typical for most hotels these days. Overall a great stay.

Staff was so wonderful and friendly. The guests at the hotel was all friendly. Pool and hot tub was super nice. Great restaurants all walking distance.

I thought they had lovely rooms. I especially liked the moveable table. However I almost could not believe they did not have a microwave for the room. They also did not have streaming APPs on the TV. There was no way to watch my Netflix or other streaming services. If I am stuck in a hotel room I sure do not want to stare at the walls!

We do offer a community microwave in our gift shop in our Lobby and are happy to deliver microwaves to guest rooms based on availability. This location was nearby to many dining options and lots of shopping. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and the staff was wonderful! I was bummed that the room was only serviced if you requested it...we were there 4 days and we enjoy coming back to a cleaned up and fresh hotel room. The one day I requested the room to be serviced they came at 5:30pm...we'd be gone all day and by then we were all showering or relaxing to get ready for dinner so we declined.
