Room service was often really late in the day like 4-5 pm.

The prices for sundry items like a bottle of water were ridiculous, $3/bottle of water. I hate places that nickel and dime you.

We love the location to Branson Landing and the shops in Old Branson! The staff at the hotel are always friendly and pleasant. The room was excellent!
