Very nice Loved the location. Pool was pretty small for a convention center but cant complain. It was nice
Great Location Great location with a great view, close to lots of shops, dining, and entertainment in Branson Landing.
3 people in the room and only left 3 towels each day. Took 1 hr after phoning front desk to get towels delivered to room.
Branson is always fun, hotel is in a great location. But had no hot water the night of check in, the hotel was quick to fix. The shower had hair in it from someone else and only had one set of towels. All of which the hotel was quick to fix. But usually they are on top of everything.
Perfect location Great hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The location of it is conveniently in walking distance of the outside mall and other small shops. Very clean rooms and easy check out.
Honestly this was the best hotel ive personally stayed at during my visits to branson.
charging for parking The Rooms were beautiful and clean, The Valet was very knowledgeable and Helpful. The bar manager Dave very friendly. But I did not like having to pay for parking, just seems so wrong to charges hotel guest for parking, we have to park there. Also after our function I was looking forward to dancing in your bar but it was closed. Only the lobby bar was open. Was very disappointing.
