My stay was one night only, Saturday-Sunday. The room was very clean. Quiet overnight even with the hotel at capacity. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! We checked in late and the hotel staff was ready and waiting for us.

What did I like? Close to shopping and dining, not so close to KSU - but then again nothing is too far away in Manhattan! The good/bad? Unlocking the door with my phone worked very well, but the key card they also gave me did not work at all and left my wife stranded outside the room for a while. What did I not like? No more free breakfast for Honors members unless you are super elite. I guess the free breakfast went away after covid, which stinks.
