Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. However, walls are too thin so we were able to hear next door and top of us. Furthermore, we woke up 3AM from music playing outside. Too noisy.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great! The kids had so much fun in the pool, but my favorite part was the front desk manager, Maddi! She’s always so friendly and kind. She’s always so helpful and accommodating. I wish all customer/staff encounters could be like my encounter(s) with Maddi. Thank you, Maddi, again, for your help in getting us the date we needed and the room we needed.
