We were given a room for handicapped accessibility. We did not request that. Room was dark, couch uncomfortable, poor lighting. Staff was friendly. Room was clean but we had to deal with a wheelchair accessible shower. Poor water pressure and difficult to adjust shower head. Freezer in room refrigerator didn't freeze items. We should have been informed at the desk the reason for giving us that room when it was obvious the hotel was under booked.
We were in town for a family wedding. The room fit the 5 of us well and accommodated all of our needs.
This hotel is a very nice place to rest your head. Overall a decent stay, but the beds are bouncy and it is very easy to hear what is going on out in the hallway.
Stayed here for my military ball and had a very nice time.
