Very professional. Told me every step that was going to be done. Would ask how I was doing often. I was very comfortable and happy.
My dental hygienist was amazing. I experienced no sensitivity when she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Harnois was amazing, as usual!

So grateful. You worked us in on a Saturday morning after my son had almost entirely chipped off his front 2 teeth late on Friday evening. X-rays, plan and tooth repair done and as good as new in 2 hours. Excellent dentistry and customer service!

Dr. Harnois is the best! Careful, gentle, kind and interested in delivering the latest dental solutions. He always explains what he is doing so as to minimize my anxiety. His staff is caring and detail-oriented. Lisa his assistant was professional and compassionate. Sarah his dental hygienist was thorough and gentle. Donna his office manager is always easy to work with and motivated to help in any rescheduling that occurs. Great culture in Dr. Harnois' practice.
Dr. Harnois and the entire staff are truly professional, courteous and provide quality care / service. I could not imagine entrusting my dental care to anyone but Hinsdale Dentistry.
Office staff, especially Donna, is so kind and professional. They had a note ready for my son to return to school.
