Our entire experience with Hippo Roofing was fantastic. Other roofers ballparked their estimates - even without going on the roof. Meredith at Hippo Roofing did a thorough inspection of our roof and ensured they did the job correctly. Their communications during the process were excellent. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a roof. I don't like to use the cheapest vendor in any area and Hippo is not the cheapest and they are not the highest. It was excellent work and they did what they said they would do. It was on time and very professional.
Meredith was very helpful and easy to work with, and the installation crew professional and efficient. Communication with the Project Manager had a hiccup, but was resolved. I would recommend that they not use the delivery company that delivered my materials again. They left plywood in the middle of my front yard and boxes blocking my front door.
I am very pleased with the quality and look of my new roof. Also, the solar vent fan they installed is already making a noticeable difference, ecpecially in the garage, which is a bonus!
Excellent job for the price!
