Great printer Had it for about half a year. Big upgrade from our last ink jet color printer. No complaints so far and we use it daily.
Happy with this printer Happy with this printer. Was a little tricky getting it connected to my wifi, but it was an issue with my modem--not the printer. Once connected to the wifi, all the computers and phones in our home easily connected. Very pleased so far. Have had for a few months.
can't scan or copy multiple pages. I am so bummed out because now I can't return it. I can't figure out how to scan for one thing, I should have looked more carefully at the price of toners and the fact that you can't scan or copy multiple pages! You have to open the top and place each page one at a time. Ugh a big pain considering I work with accounting reports all day long and now I have to use my phone picture scanner to boot! Very Happy! Printer works great, kind of difficult to set up on a wireless network. Not sure if it's a printer software issue or Windows 10. Printer will not work on a 5ghz network only 2.4ghz connection. So far have been very happy with the printers performance. The color is very good for a laser printer.

A perfect, fast, and economical printer for small business or large household! I am not a business, but I purchased this printer because I was tired of buying overpriced ink cartridges. I bought the printer and a full set of replacement toner cartridges. I didn't realize that the "starter" toner cartridges would last this long! I purchased this on March 17th, 2018. It is amazing. The colors are so vibrant I've been using this printer for almost a year now. It is amazing. The colors are so vibrant. I am a teacher, so I print a lot. It really can handle any job I give it. The printer is quite heavy, put it on a hard surface that lets it ventilate (we tried putting it on the carpet, but that did not work).
