A workhorse Great printer. A little loud when printing. Actual color is grey, not white
Fast, but setting up network connection is a nightmare Bought this for a small work group. Prints OK - perhaps a little faint, but it's fast and adequate for our needs. I'd recommend this printer except ... ... setting up a wireless connection is truly awful. The printer was connected, but we lost the connection when we rebooted the router, and we've been unable to reconnect since then. Been working on this now for 2 hours and no nearer to finding a solution. The support resources from Brother are not helpful in the slightes... read more
Overpriced A bit overpriced for what you get, but has been very reliable and 10,000 pages of ink from one $25 cartridge is incredible. It will pay for itself within a year via the ink savings.
Great. Why didn't I buy this years ago.
BROTHER HAS BEEN GREAT FOR MANY YEARS FOR ME I have used Brother printers for about 15 years and they have never let me down. Yes there have been issues along the way, but the company was always just a phone call away to help me out for years after the purchase. The support is first class. The printers just work and keep on working. The company keeps updating the software too.
This is the perfect printer for me! I love this printer! I had an old HP LaserJet4 for many years and felt it was time to replace it. I searched for a long time; however, I could not find a laser printer that could match the thousands of copies the LaserJet could produce before needing to change the toner cartridge. Five Stars works perfect
Five Stars Very good and reliable printer so far
Continual improvement by Brother This printer is great. I bought it to replace a similar Brother printer (HL5470DW) which I'd bought six years ago and used almost daily since then. The old printer needed a new drum which would have cost too much relative to the cost of a new printer. The new printer is better than the old one, which was already pretty good, primarily through incremental improvements, not a whole new design. This works for me!
