Works fine now, but I should not have been put ... Tremendously fast and smooth. The only negative is the setup. It is defaulted to continue printing on the other size paper when the current tray empties. I expect a dual tray to pause when a tray empties and continue only when the tray is reloaded with paper. My customers demand that my documents conform with the PDF size exactly and that won't happen when a letter size PDF continues on legal size paper when the letter size tray empties. Close to perfect My office has gone through many printers but this is the best printer I have ever had. Excellent.
Fast and friendly I love this printer. Fast as lightning. The dual paper trays are fabulous. The previous printer had a small capacity, single tray and constantly needed refilling. Now, I can do multiple jobs without refilling.
Four Stars Great printer
Great printer for high volume Great printer for high volume. Replaced 2 brand new HP's that were having consistent issues and were less than 6 months old (HP M4777 models). I would gets tons of tickets on the HP's and they were connected direct using tcp. Pages would only half print and large jobs would only print half the job. The brother has been a workhorse and consistent with the print jobs. Toner is reasonable and the high yield lasts a long time. Would recommend.
