Excellent printer. Easy to set up Excellent printer. Easy to set up, though it took me a while to remove all the protective tape and plastic. Color quite decent, though not for photo quality prints.
Duplexing not easy to figure out A bit disappointed as the duplexing does not work as it should and after reading other blogs seems to be a problem with all. I need to have time to try to get it corrected so it doesn't print the 2nd page upside down.

was easy to get up and running We just got this - but it came in 2 days, was easy to get up and running. And, so far we're quite impressed with the speed and quality of the printing. No problems with jamming so far! It's a winner in our book.
Great color printer Great color printer. Have used it for a couple weeks and no issues. The color print density is much much better than any inkjet I've owned. Printed several thirty page booklets that were printed on letter size paper, folded and stapled to make 8 1/2 by 5 1/2 inch finished booklets. One of the pages had color photos and was very pleased with the quality. The covers were printed on 67 pound cover stock. The printer handled the cover stock well although I did not try to use auto duplexing on the heavy paper.... read more
Five Stars Excellent! Easy to use & install. Quality is 5 star.
Fine Printer if you DO NOT plan to use the Wireless Connectivity Feature. I would have given more stars because in high quality print mode , this printer does a good job, but the problem I have has since I purchased it is with wireless printing. After printing one or two pages of a document, it prints out a page which says "Unsupported data for Direct Print: 3020" It will not print out more than two pages at a time. To print a larger document, you have to specify two pages at a time, or just one depending on the printer's mo... read more
