Wonderful customer service I ordered this printer with high hopes and was very disappointed to get what appeared to be a “lemon”. Toner was streaming down the side of the page in massive quantities. Troubleshooting and cleaning did not help, neither did replacing toner cartridges. I decided my only option was to return. Only problem was, I didn’t have the box anymore. Below average print quality This is my 3rd color laser printer for my home office (others are from HP and OkiData). There isn't much good I can say about this Brother, except that it works - and it's fairly quiet. It's also a tad smaller than other ones, if footprint is important. These are the good points. The print quality is abysmal compared to the other ones. Not crisp - every line or letter feels fuzzy. The colors are not dense. This Beast prints quickly, with high quality, and the extra drawer means you don't have to load more paper midway though! After several years with an old Brother laser printer, I felt it was time for an upgrade. I had just purchased a new Windows 10 laptop, and wanted a printer that would work well with it. 1.0 out of 5 stars Poor Customer Relations Policies This product is NOT a copier--my error, but when we realized this, just a day or so over the 30 days, the vendor refused to exchange the machine, not even for an upgrade. Forward to TWO MONTHS LATER, and the machine is not working properly, keeps shutting down, firmware difficulties, and AGAIN, neither Amazon nor this crummy vendor will do anything to help. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR.

A Piece of Garbage - Stay Away Jams all the time. Tried printing one page and it kept printing over and over. Stay away from Beother!!
