state of the art service and great staff. But you better have insurance and cash to spare . You get what you pay for and I had great dental care for a few years. Fixed income and high prices just don't get along very well.
They took my insurance information. Never advising me that they didn't take my Insurance provider. For 4.5 months they kept telling me not to pay the bill because they were still working with my Insurance. I followed up with my insurance to find out they hadn't submitted the correct paper work yet. Dr. Horn repeatedly try to get me to schedule a NET appointment which was part of her wellness business and would cost $225 for consultation. Never giving me the cost of Invisalign, that I asked for
Horrible. Stay away from this practice. Broke off a file while attempting a root canal and didn't tell me. Went to another dentist in the area who told me the file was broken off and I didn't need a root canal at all.
