WORST Customer Service. Have requested documents from Kristine on 3 separate occasions. The third time I called and spoke with Hilary (Receptionist?) because Kristine did not answer. Hillary proceeded to LAUGH on the phone and sarcastically said she would talk to her and immediately put me on eternal hold. After coming back on the line, she said that Kristine would send me the documents by the end of the day. It is was 4:20 PM and I had already hear this on multiple occasions. The worst service possible. Do NOT believe the sales pitch. Just a bunch of snakes
If I were allowed to rate Holden Roofing, I would give this company a sub zero rating around a -5. One worker during most of the 3 months process; a fight with crew members who never returned, scrap metal and trash littering the yard, no portal toilets available for the few crew, but when a larger crew arrived one shit within our fenced yard. My dog rolled in the shit. One of the worst experiences I have ever experienced.
Terrible experience with this company Holden Roofing. I have made appointments with them 4 times, and they never show. I have been left all day long waiting for their workers to show, which never happened. They don't call or answer the phone. Not a serious company from what I can tell.
What a nightmare. This months long ordeal continues to this day with an incredibly confusing billing process and an uncomunicative billing department. This started with a lot of promises about dealing with my insurance company, but I was forced to do most of the heavy lifting there to get Holden the money they wanted. Despite assurances that process would be quick, Holden put me through a months long ordeal, forcing me to continuously act as a go between between the insurance company and Holden. The San Antonio rep was difficult to get a hold of. He went out of the country for a vacation and left me no back up contact. My solar panels were removed and despite a promise to comete the roofing project quickly, my panels lay in the back yard for about a month during one of the hottest times of the year.
