I cannot say enough about Sergio from Holden Roofing. A major hailstorm severely damaged my roof. Sergio showed up promptly, inspected the roof and took photos. He was very detailed with his explanation and pointed out the damage as well as to what the process would be working with my insurance. The entire process with Sergio was hassle free. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Adam got us off to a great start by walking me through the whole process without missing a beat. I had very few questions. The crew they sent was like a symphony with each one knowing what to do and when. I’m sure they didn’t appreciate it but I watched anyway because I was impressed by there teamwork and through work. Víctor Gallegos was very thorough and helpful. He kept up excellent communication throughout. He went the extra mile in helping me switch my home owners insurance and was very patient with me. Mr. Gallegos made multiple trips out to the property, to inspect and ensure everything was going smoothly. On top of all that . . . Mr. Gallegos was very personable. I couldn’t be more pleased. I had my roof replaced with Holden a couple weeks ago. They got the job done in a day, and all the cleanup accomplished by the following morning. I’m very happy with the job they did, and I really appreciated working with Adam Najar. He helped us navigate the process, explained everything completely, and was available for questions anytime. I recommend this company and Adam if you think you may need one!
