I would like to say that if it weren’t for Dr. Myoshi I would be taking my cats elsewhere. She is a kind, knowledgeable, caring and thorough doctor. The staff has been equally as kind. My issue with Holladay is with some of their policies. Izzy, my 11 year old rescue has had feline heroes her entire life. She has flare ups a couple of times per year. Scale doesn't go to "0", so I have to put in one star. They killed my daughter's pomeranian several years back during a routine teeth cleaning...too much anesthetic and didn't "notice" that the dog's lips were blue and dog not breathing. They didn't offer to pay for a very expensive dog and my daughter was too distraught to pursue it.
I’ve already filed complaints with the BBB, the Veterinary Board of Utah, and several others after Holly Rosse, the office manager, refused to help. Not only did they harm my dog, and cancel our Paw Plan a month early, but they also want more money. During our first visit they were 90 minutes behind on appointments.
