We moved in last October and will be renewing our lease for another year. We love our apartment in the South section. It's private and really quiet. They let us paint and decorate, and they're completely pet friendly which is hard to find. We've had no problems since we've lived here. The whole staff is wonderful, including the maintenance techs. They really make living here a great experience.
Management is very efficient and professional. Problems are fixed fast by skilled maintenance workers. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, safe and family oriented, and the town of Pitman is very pleasant. All in all, Holly Court provides first-rate apartment living.
I love it here. It's well kept and quiet. I have an apartment with a beautiful new kitchen. I live by the lake and I love it! Who could ask for more? Pitman as a town, is like stepping into the past; quaint and peaceful. I've lived in a lot of places due to my work and this is by far, the best. I would recommend anyone to live here. The rent is higher than some places I checked, but it's worth...
The apts on Florence (as well as the other Holly Court apts, i'm guessing) are well maintained and overall very nice. Management is helpful and maintanence problems are addressed within hours. Windows are a little drafty, but you can't have everything.
I have lived here for about 5 years now and have watched over the years. I have never had a problem with noise or maintenance or the office....
