Great professional and took care of all my complaints. Extremelly dedicated . Dr. Falabella is treating my skin cancer . She is the beast thing ever happens to me.
Dr. Ronald Smith quickly diagnosed an issue I was having with a skin irritation. What he prescribed resolved the issue very quickly. The wait time was very reasonable, staff was friendly, and Dr. Smith was pleasant and professional.
Very knowledgeable, caring, meticulous dermatologist. I've been to many, and she is simply the best.
As a result of the visit to his doctor we ended in emergency room with the trauma of the eye because the negligence of the doctor and his office lead us to the problem with the eyes because they applied on the forehead anesthetic ended in eyes and no help on first aid was provided
Dr. Moore is absolutely wonderful. His mannerism and professionalism is outstanding. I will be recommending his services to all my family and friends and will be returning for all my dermatology needs. Dr. Moore medical assistants are also very kind and welcoming and great professionalism. For me a doctor's and his assistants bedside manners let me know if I will return. They were superior.
I had a long wait without any updates or apologies until the doctor came in. I was in that room for an hour. Appointment: Very disappointed. My appointment was rescheduled the day before after I completed the text saying I would be able to make it. I got a call to reschedule and got a date for June as May is completely booked. I was confused as the doctor himself told the nurse to book the appointment for my daughter. I tried explaining to the guy who then proceeded to list all of the doctors accolades. She was so worried about my allergic reaction that She called me over the weekend to see my swollen nose on Face Time.
I don't believe it would be fair to criticize a competent doctor because she works in a PATHETIC organization. I was notified only several hours before my appointment ( after a three month wait) that my "insurance carrier had been dropped". I then received a letter the next day in the mail (from the same doctor's office that had dropped my insurance) stating that I had a situation that needed immediate attention although I had been in the office at least three times previously. Patient beware!!!!
we waited over two hours for appointment today with my 6 year-old-son we arrived at 1:25 and ending up leaving at 3:17 p.m. after we were told we still had an average of the 20-minute wait... absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous the office staff is unprofessional and very inconsiderate we will not be returning
