I was asked by different employees if I needed help. Everyone was kind, willing to be helpful if needed and took care of everyone there. They even went to pet dogs.

Stellar customer service. In the many years I’ve been a customer, I have never walked through the front door but that someone greets me and asks what they can help me with. The staff is knowledgeable about the products and never fails to mention the if-your-Dog/cat-doesn’t- like-it-bring-it-back policy! Wouldn’t dream of shopping for our two dogs and four cats anywhere but Hollywood Feed.
