Staff are friendly,courteous,helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Store is always clean and well-organized. I drive rescue transports and the Hollywood Feed "Ohio" brand leashes and harnesses are excellent quality and great value to keep in my car as emergency extras for dogs that arrive with a missing leash or broken harness.
