You have an amazing team! They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Thank you for being my neighborhood store.
Business response:
Retha, thank you so much for your positive review! Our staff attends 40-50 hours worth of training on both products and customer service throughout the year to learn how to best serve our customers! We've now opened up much of our internal training to the public and that users can view resources and training classes at hfu.hollywoodfeed.com. It is always a pleasure to have such wonderful feedback! We hope to see you again soon!
