Excellent customer service, I enjoyed my conversation with the person who helped me. I think I've found a dry cat food that won't make my male cat sick. I'm looking for Rudy Green's Doggy Cuisine and was disappointed to find that you do not carry it. It's a high-end food. Can you get it in?
Business response:
Erin, we truly appreciate your wonderful feedback! Our compassionate team attends over 40 hours of training each year to stay up to date on product knowledge, pet health, and nutrition. All of this helps us to make the best recommendations to spoil your fur-babies! We are thrilled that our team was able to make a recommendation for cat food, that agrees with your fur baby! It's always a pleasure to visit Hollywood feed on Poplar, whether I am shopping or having Yoda's nails clipped. The staff are always welcoming and they always seem happy when Yoda visits and they all know her name. She was weary at first when we'll go in but now she's happy and tail wagging when go in. Thank you!" Juan and Yoda
