We live over an hour away from this location, but bringing our fur baby, Mr. Puff, in to see Kayla for his grooming is more than worth the trip! He was so nervous and timid when he first came to see her, but she was remarkably patient with him. I had a same-day delivery order, and when I got the order off of my porch, a bottle leaked fluid into the rest of the bag. My Hollywood Feed store had a replacement order to me by the next day, and they were all smiles and so wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond and even left my doggy a new squeaky toy as a gift.Such wonderful customer service from this store every single time!Ā
