The employees there not only have great customer service but they also make you feel like your part of the family.. I luv Hollywood Feed especially all the employees on Collins St. They really showed compassion when my Mom had a dementia meltdown at the store.. They contacted me after to see how I was doing and to check on my 91 year old mother.. You guys are the best!!!!

It couldn’t be better if you paid me to shop there. Heidi is Manager Supreme and every staff person is outstanding—friendly, professional, helpful and caring. They have gone above and beyond good customer service on many occasions to serve me. Please do not start shuffling personnel to other locations. As you know, this is a unique location for many reasons. The Collins team is a great, cohesive bunch that can handle challenge and diversity.
