All of the staff in the Oxford store are incredible. Our family recently got a puppy - our first pet - and everyone at Hollywood Feed has made great recommendations. They also take the time to answer my newbie questions and explain things to me without rolling their eyes. Because of these things, I look forward to shopping there.

Great customer service! Always so helpful and friendly. Also, lower prices that larger corporations. Bought a crate for my large size dog for a third of the price at Hollywood Feed compared to stores such as Petsmart or on Amazon.
