Manager, Nicole, is the absolute BEST! She goes above and beyond to help every customer on every visit. Because of her training her team, the whole team shines at this location. Store is organized and items are easy to find. I live in Mississippi so it’s a bit of a drive for me but the customer service keeps me coming back to the Houston Levee store for all my pet needs I’ve told many people to go there and they love it too. Great customer service is hard to find.
