Asked me if I needed things to calm my pet during the holidays; always make me feel like they care as much about my pet as I do. Will never shop anywhere else.

Awesome customer service!! And I was thinking about changing my dogs food because they were not liking the Fromm anymore, so I thought. The bag I purchased from the houston lever store must have tasted different. Because they loved it!! ❤️😂

Excellent service, however, I wasn't able to use the $10.00 Hollywood Feed coupon I received for my Fromm purchase. Would have been helpful had this exclusion been listed on the coupon.
