All of the staff here are amazing. Dany in particular is always very knowledgeable and friendly and always helps me find what I need for my dog and cats.

Great customer service.Was looking for a certain item ask for help she took me right to it. It was a different brand name. Very polite and well knowledgeable about what I was asking for.

The store is clean, the products are great, im not downing the place as a whole because there are some great people there but the manager is condescending rude and nasty. Unfortunately shes ALWAYS there so u cant find a time to go when you dont have to deal with her. She said she was the manager but who knows its the older blonde lady.
